About this role
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems, end-user computing, network connectivity, IT assets, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system administration, L1/L2 technical support, incident management, vendor coordination, and multi-location IT support. The candidate should demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn and implement AI-based tools to improve IT operations and support efficiency.
