About this role

Learn and effectively navigate through the Hedberg system. Coordination of Tangram field staff. Confirm Delivery requests. Back up Distribution Dispatch. Assist Sales/Project Management/Customer Service in solving emergency service situations. Coordinate all demo deliveries. Report to upper management as requested Be accountable to the resolution of daily scheduling issues. Preparation and follow-up of daily Scheduling department activities Accountable for Scheduling Department’s communications and responsiveness to the other departments in the company. Training Scheduling staff as needed.
